2023 Sturgis Rally Vehicle Count – Through Day Six

The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) will provide daily traffic counts for vehicles entering Sturgis for the 83rd Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally which runs from Aug. 4-13, 2023.
SDDOT Seeks Public Input on Preliminary Recommendations for Colorado Boulevard Corridor in Spearfish

The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT), in collaboration with the City of Spearfish and HDR, Inc., will hold an open house public meeting at High Plains Western Heritage Center (825 Heritage Dr.) in Spearfish on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. (MT) to discuss and gather input on preliminary recommendations for the Colorado Boulevard corridor.

Lane Closures Scheduled for Interstate 90 Near Piedmont

On Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, crews will begin work on Interstate 90 between exit 44 and exit 48.
Closure Planned for S.D. Highway 19 Near Humboldt (Exit 379)
August 09, 2023
On Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023, work is scheduled to begin on Interstate 90 at Humboldt (exit 379). Motorists should be aware that Highway 19 will be closed under I-90 to allow the work to be completed.
