WORK BEGINS ON I-90 NEAR EXIT 23

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says bridge berm repair work will begin at the east and westbound bridges on Interstate 90 at mile marker 22.98 west of Whitewood on Monday Sept. 28.    

Work includes bridge berm and abutment work to repair damage caused by erosion.   

Traffic will be reduced to a single lane in each direction through the work zone. 

Work is expected to be complete on Oct. 16, with the overall completion date being Oct. 30. 

Quinn Construction is the prime contractor of this $110,210 project.
