The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) was awarded a 2019 Special Transportation Circumstance (STC) Federal Grant to replace the current timber pile approaches (both east and west ends) with steel H-pile and pre-cast concrete tubs on two historic bridges (P-125 and P-131) in the Sioux Falls area.

S.D. Highway 46 Reopened to Through Traffic Near Irene

The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) says that S.D Highway 46 in Yankton County has been reopened to through traffic for the winter months. Highway 46 had been closed to through traffic since July while construction of two new box culverts were completed.
