Effective at 11 a.m. CDT, March 16, 2020, Spring Load Limit Restrictions will be REMOVED from the road segment shown in the table below.

KEYSTONE, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says a milling and resurfacing project on Highway 16A in Keystone will be beginning Monday, March 23, 2020.

Effective at 11 a.m. MDT, March 12, 2020, Spring Load Limit Restrictions will change for the road segments listed below. The restrictions are in place for excessive road break-up, rutting and heaving caused by high moisture in Fall 2019.
